Nathan ensures every event runs smoothly from start to finish. As a certified accessibility professional with a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand in planning, he grounds the team and keeps everything on track behind the scenes. Focused on logistics, timing, and inclusive design, Nathan makes sure no detail is overlooked and every moment goes off without a hitch. His calm, thoughtful approach brings balance to the magic to ensure nothing gets in the way of the celebration.

From Josie

I got my start in proposal planning while living abroad in San Diego, California. I was lucky enough to work for a company that gave me hands-on experience creating romantic, meaningful moments for couples, often in the most unexpected places. It didn't take long before I realized how much I truly loved it. Being part of something so personal and joy-filled sparked a creativity in me I hadn't felt anywhere else.

When I returned home to Melbourne, I knew I wasn't ready to let it go. I wanted to keep doing this in my own way, with my own heart, vision, and voice behind it.

To me, proposals don't have to be big or over-the-top. They just need to feel like you. Whether it's a private moment in a park or a sneaky surprise with a hidden photographer, I love finding the sweet spot between low-stress and legendary.
