Our commitment to accessibility at Gold Petal Proposals
We believe everyone deserves to experience magic without barriers. Here's how we work to make our proposal planning inclusive, accessible, and affirming for all kinds of love stories.
Accessibility is personal to us

At Gold Petal Proposals, we prioritize accessibility in every detail. Our goal is to create experiences that are welcoming, usable, and enjoyable for all partners from the very beginning.
As an accessibility consultant and professional, I'm certified through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), holding the dual-qualified Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) credential. With years of hands-on experience in inclusive design, testing, and remediation, I bring the same care to Gold Petal Proposals, thoughtfully integrating accessibility throughout our website, planning process, and proposal experiences to make them welcoming and easier to navigate for everyone we can.
We’re no strangers to disability, and we’re not afraid to talk about it. We meet you where you’re at, whether that means finding an accessible location, creating a sensory-friendly setup, or adjusting the way we communicate. Whatever inclusion and access look like for you, we’ll do our best to make it happen with care, confidentiality, respect, and zero judgment.

Web accessibility statement
Standards we follow
We're committed to making our website and services accessible and inclusive for everyone, including people with disabilities. That means designing with accessibility in mind from day one, testing regularly, and learning from the community.
This site is currently undergoing accessibility testing and remediation to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues, but cannot claim conformance at this time.
Known issues
- The mobile navigation menu (on smaller screens, or when the page is zoomed in, such as to 400%) is not currently keyboard or screen reader accessible. If you're using a keyboard or screen reader to navigate, please use the Site Map page instead, which is also available in the footer. We're working on a fix for the mobile menu.
- When zooming the page between 250% and 300%, some navigation links in the header may appear cut off or difficult to read. If you have trouble reading the link text, please access the same links in the footer instead. We're working on a fix.
Submitting feedback
